As one of my first clients at Olive, I designed Pervasive.com back in 1998. Then after several years and rounds of design changes I was able update the look and feel of the site in 2003. As the Design Director, I led the design and project management for several projects for Pervasive. They gave us a few promotional email projects and from the success of those efforts they finally gave into my pleading to let me update their website's look and feel. Of course, it was a team effort as all projects at Olive are collaborative, and together we gave Pervasive the resources to keep their site fresh. We gave them templates for 10 pages and they took it from there.
